About
I was gracefully guided into serving people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities more than 15 years ago. I entered the field as a Direct Service Professional working in a residence. After graduating college, I became a Medicaid Service Coordinator and worked to coordinate services for individuals living in the community. With the knowledge I received serving individuals four years ago, I became an NYS Certified Self-Direction Broker.
